Are Rental Units Available for Short-Term?

Yes. Turner Road Storage offers flexible short-term rentals for customers. There are no long-term commitments, and you can conclude your rental term with us at any time.

What Are Your Requirements for Stored Vehicles?

Turner Road Storage accepts vehicles for storage that are in good working condition. Stored vehicles must always have a current Oregon registration while on-premises. Recreational vehicles can be stored if they meet the above criteria and are a model year of 2007 or newer.

Should I Insure My Contents?

Yes. Prior to storing your contents on site, you should contact your insurance agent to make sure your contents are protected against loss. Turner Road Storage accepts no liability for your contents. Make sure your contents are protected!

How Do I Access My Contents?

Customers will be provided with a highly rated lock, and two keys. The customer is the only person provided with keys which are unique to their unit. Customers will also be provided with a gate access-code allowing them to enter and leave the facility between the hours of 6 am and 9 pm every day.

Do Staff Have Access to My Storage Unit?

Only the customer has access to their storage unit. If a customer loses their keys, they must contact the manager with proper identification and follow the procedure for having a lock removed at the customer’s request.

Do you have other Salem-area Storage Options?

Yes! We offer our customers the convenience of two-locations. Our affiliate location is located in Keizer. You can find their information here.
